1. 1913

   Built as the Alhambra Apartments, apartment building with 41 2- and 3-room units, to the design of the architects Dunn & Kearns. Six storeys over a basement, steel frame and reinforced brick structure, three-part vertical composition with penthouse, Moorish ornamentation.
