    Recorded in the city's survey of the Van Ness Avenue automobile corridor as built for use as a public garage and shop. Built by Joseph Pasqualetti as the Admiral Garage: two storeys, two bays, reinforced concrete, with both classical and Gothic detail. Its capacity was about 120 to 125 cars.
