   In September 1978 a gasoline service station stood on the corner as a non-conforming use in a residential district; the Commission continued its owner's request to lift the date by which the use had to end, and directed the staff to draft a resolution lifting it after reviewing the site design.

   The City Planning Commission voted 5-1 to remove the termination date from the non-conforming gasoline service station on the corner, letting it stay in the residential district (Resolution 8270).
