2 West Portal Avenue

Built in 1935 as the West Portal branch of the San Francisco Bank, to designs by the architect W. D. Peugh: a rounded exterior clad in travertine marble with cast bronze grillwork, in the stripped Moderne manner that banks adopted after the crash of 1929. Architect & Engineer published it in October 1935.

Modify sales area to include a party room/class room with partial walls, remove existing wall to open up the toddler play area. close up existing adjacent wall, paint entire interior main floor. add a baby changing station new. install toddler & jr play aera. change flooring as needed.

Install (2) non-electric single faced wall sign - use pro-grade adhesive for mounting on to the building surface.

T.i. on ground floor of existing building consisting of new non-structural partitions, ceiling, casework, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plmg work. signage under separate permit. fire alarm modifications under seperate permit.

Add window graphics on windows for 1 medical.

Install (1) electric single faced sign on top of the entrance door: "one medical" 16sf.

Install (1) electric double faced blade sign: "one medical" 4.5 sq ft.

Install (1) electric single faced wall sign: "one medical" 32.3 sq ft.

Revision to permit application 202005117379. tenant improvement on gronud floor of existing building. new non-structural partitions, ceilings, case work. finishes. enclose raised portion of mezz. enclosed portion (334sf) shall not be used for any purpose.
