Twelve apartments over three storeys, built in 1926 and brought up to the city's mandatory soft-storey seismic standard between 2017 and 2019. A published guide to notable addresses lists it among buildings it connects with the 1974 kidnapping of Patty Hearst.
Permit history
Eleven permits, 1992–2023, two of them street-space filings omitted here. Between 1992 and 1995 the windows were replaced in three separate jobs — 32 windows in all — and in 2017 the building went through the city's mandatory soft-storey retrofit, its largest recorded work by a wide margin.
