A two-story wood-frame apartment building with a compound hip and gable roof, its front in smooth stucco and vertical wood siding, a scroll-sawn moulding marking the overhanging second floor. The east wall looks onto a small courtyard shared with the apartment house at 724–732 Innes Avenue. The form's locational-data field gives Lot 004A, the vacant lot next door.
