The Quinn House was built. It stands among the Victorian-era dwellings that survive here in numbers because the 1906 earthquake and fire did comparatively little damage in South San Francisco, and was one of the handful of buildings in the district recorded in Here Today, the 1968 San Francisco Junior League survey that was the city's first.

The assessor dates the building 1900; the 2010 survey dates it 1875. Most pre-1906 buildings in the district carry a default assessor date of 1900, because the city's building records were destroyed in the 1906 earthquake and fire.
