   The Quinn House was built. It stands among the Victorian-era dwellings that survive here in numbers because the 1906 earthquake and fire did comparatively little damage in South San Francisco, and was one of the handful of buildings in the district recorded in Here Today, the 1968 San Francisco Junior League survey that was the city's first.

   Designated San Francisco Landmark No. 63, Quinn House.

   The Quinn House was under condemnation, and its ownership was unclear. The City Planning Commission unanimously approved designating the Quinn House as a City Landmark, on the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board's recommendation.
