The 2010 survey lists the church and its rectory as two properties on this one parcel — All Hallows Church at 1440 Newhall Street and All Hallows Rectory, remodelled, at 1715 Oakdale Avenue. Earlier sources address the church itself as 1715 Oakdale Avenue. The assessor dates the building 1906; the 2010 survey dates it 1886.
