   An unusual Gothic Revival “castle” dwelling at the south-west corner of Quesada Avenue and Newhall Street.

3. July 1, 1971

   A large single-family house stood on the 5,000-square-foot corner lot. The City Planning Commission approved reclassifying the corner lot from R-1 to R-2, allowing the house to become a residential home for six people with intellectual disabilities.
