Duboce Triangle Historic Context Statement (2022)

One of four two-unit buildings put up between 1923 and 1925 on the grounds of the largest of the Victorian suburban villas on this block. The statement also names an estate at 2273 15th Street at whose rear the Mediterranean flats at 60–70 Beaver Street were built. Christopher VerPlanck's context statement of 2022 surveyed 552 properties in Duboce Triangle for the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association.
