Replace dry rot base plate with 3"x6" base plate. secured every 16" w 3/4 bolt and in epoxy. attach sisters to existing 2"x6" studs with 3"x6" new studs. all wood used will be pressure treated. close wall with 5/8 gyp board. finish and paint (12' wall section). replacement in kind.
