One of the postwar “dingbat” apartment buildings the statement groups under the Contractor Modern style, and unlike its later counterparts it carries a little Late Moderne ornament. It has a twin at 111 Beaver Street, just outside the survey area. Christopher VerPlanck's context statement of 2022 surveyed 552 properties in Duboce Triangle for the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association.
