Rev to pa201905019443 on gt/f au unit per plan. structural revision only. replace existing finished floor concret slab at adu unit to new concrete slab on grade with vapor barrier ssd for details. no change in ceiling height.no underpinning/excavation to be done.

Site clean up, remove partial gypboard as exploratory non structure demolition. prepair for future development. (200 sq ft approx. no moving walls.).

Replace siding with hardie plank board, in back of building. replace any dry rot in back of building, (9) aluminum windows with vinyl. no chang in height or width of windows.

New adu per ord# 162-16 in 1st floor: convert existing garage spaces to two adu. adu# 1 to have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining area. adu# 2: 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a kitchen, a living/dining area. fire sprinkler uner separate permit.

Replace bathroom sheetrock in ceiling noted by nov# 201523341 and items noted on that nov. comply with nov# 201523341. sheetrock to be 5/8" type "x" gypsum wallboard.

Replace e header between kitchen and breakfast nook.

One bathroom and one kitchen remodel, replace dry rot as needed with like kind, non-structural, no lighting changes to comply with complaint# 201239381.
