350 Fremont Street

1. 1956

   Built between 1955 and 1956 as the headquarters of the Marine Cooks and Stewards Union: a concrete building four storeys at its north end and three with a basement at its south. Its original drawings and permit name no architect. The union was absorbed into the Seafarers Union in the late 1970s. It was cleared for the residential tower of 2016.

3. 1962

   A three-storey concrete union hall built in 1962 for the National Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, which moved here from Pier 3 on the Embarcadero. It was cleared for the residential tower of 2016.
