    The 4,950-square-foot C-3-O parcel, 60 feet on Sansome Street by 82.5 feet on Commercial Street, held a one-storey office building with a basement. The City Planning Commission unanimously approved, by Resolution No. 7000 with seven conditions, a 12-car street-level parking lot on the site, where the existing office building was to be demolished.
