300 Grove Street

1. 1920

   Recorded in the city's survey of the Van Ness Avenue automobile corridor as built for use as an auto repair shop. Designed by A. Lacy Worswick. Brick-built, with arched openings defined by courses of brick and a corbelled brick cornice; almost all its wooden window sash survives. Auto repair shops worked here for 38 years.
