   The corner lot held a two-storey Victorian single-family house, with a three-car garage at the rear facing Laguna Street. The City Planning Commission approved, with conditions, professional offices for attorneys in the existing restored Victorian house, with no exterior changes and the remainder kept as a residence.

5. June 8, 1972

   On the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board's recommendation, and with no objection from the owner, the City Planning Commission unanimously approved designating 294 Page Street as a landmark under Article 10.
