Sawcut 4 openings in exterior wall, install steel windows.

Tenant improvement of existing 2 story building and addition of 2nd floor mezz area at 17th side as indicated.change use from retail to office, storage. mep under seperate permit.

Install fire sprinkler system to all floor as show on drawing to nfpa 13 with new 4" fire service, ref #200810083721.

Replace a/c equipment with new. ref. appl.#2008/1008/3721.

New concrete pad and new non epss generator to be installed in exterior location at east side of building (500 kw generator).

Install sprinkler flow monitor alarm, also provide elevator recall.

Revision to appl #200810083721-r1: revision to 2nd floor skylight opening to locker room area. increase kitchen area & add janitor room @ 1st floor, no exterior changes.

Re-use of existing dining area to accomodate men's dressing area & women's dressing area. installation of suspended gypsum board celling above existing office area. use of area to reain the same, electrical, mechanical & sprinklers shall be under separate permit.

Drop (8) sprinkler heads from upright to pendant.

Move ductwork, install locker exhaust fans. ref permit application 201010153121.

Installation of suspened dypsum board ceiling above existing office are. use of area to remain the same. electrical, mechanical, and sprinklers shall be under seperate permits.

Relocate 3 upright sprinklers from suspended attic. protect beneath suspended ceiling by 5 heads.

Install 4 new pull stations for fire alarm. this is a specific addition to an existing system. the building is 24/7 occupied by trained personnel (police department). the intent of the pull stations is to provide quick signal transmission to central station upon fire detection by trained personnel.
