1. 1909

   Recorded in the city's survey of the Van Ness Avenue automobile corridor as built for use as a medical office bldg. The survey dates the work to 1909 and 1927. Built as a Packard showroom, at the corner of Jackson Street and far north of any other showroom of its date. Four storeys were added in 1927 when it was converted to medical offices.
