1. 1924

   Built as the printing plant for Wobbers Inc., one of San Francisco's most prominent stationers, printers and bookbinders: a single-storey industrial plant with an arcade of Ionic concrete columns across its primary façade and applied swags and shields. Some bays have been infilled. The building is also addressed 439–441 Stevenson Street and contributes to the eligible Mint-Mission Historic District.
