Base building interior improvement to demolition existing non-structural partitions and interior finishes. construct new non-structural partitions, new ceiling, lights, and associated plumbing and finishes.

Remove & excavation of existing damaged, non-reinforced 9" sub-grade slab. create new ceiling height to 8'-5". replace new slab on grade with 4" thickness & replace stairway in kind. maher na. basement used as storage space. minor roof framing repairs needed.

Reroofing.

Install new fire sprinkler system throughout building including 4" dedicated fire service, total 55 ref 201802020261.

Sidewalk retrofit. replace damaged slab with new steel deck with concrete. replace damaged concrete beams with steel beams.

Recommencement & completion of work approved under permit application 201802020261.

Revise p/a 2018-0202-0261 to show a different interior/ti configuration from the configuration previously permitted. addtionally a new mezzanine will be installed between the 2nd and 3rd stories and the existing mezzanine between the 1st and 2nd stories is being expanded and strengthened.
