1. 1907

   Built as the Adeline Hotel Apartments, rooming house with 80 rooms and 12 baths, to the design of the architect Arthur T. Ehrenpfort. Three storeys over a basement, brick structure, two-part vertical composition, Renaissance/Baroque ornamentation.
