1. 1907

   Built as stores and rooming house with 98 rooms and 36 baths, one store occupied as glazing works by, to the design of the architects Ross and Burgren. Four storeys over a basement, brick structure, three-part vertical composition, Renaissance/Baroque ornamentation.
