   Excavation was made for the St. Francis Realty Company's seven-storey hotel: 70 rooms and 50 baths on a lot 60 feet square, in light-coloured pressed brick and terra cotta, with an electric elevator, tiled bathrooms and a marble entrance; about $80,000. William H. Weeks, architect.
