Lenzen, and the most notable of the Golden Gate Avenue automobile buildings still standing; it has since been completely altered.

Patch collapsed portion of concrete plaster wall with new to match scored pattern. lath then apply two coats of cement to match existing building. secure remaining polk street facade with anchor bolts, cut bolt ends to flush and paint to match. fwc job no b21-128 (to comply with report).
