1. 1928

   Built as the Crystal Hotel, mid-priced hotel with 90 rooms with baths, to the design of the architect Herman C. Baumann. Seven storeys over a basement, reinforced concrete structure, two-part vertical composition, Renaissance/Baroque ornamentation.
