1 exist. bathroom renovation-new fixtures & finishes. no relocations, no structural change lighting to be flourescent on a motion detector.

Revision to appl#200608078813 work includes new wall at basement and ground floor to seperate commercial from residential use above. drawings also show existing as built conditions in commercial space plus other minor alterations. no lighting or mechanical changes required.

Add 1 hour separation wall at 1st floor & 1 hour shaft at basement exit stair to eliminate openings at stairway per district inspectors request. no exterior or other work. revision to permit application 200612119628.
