Recorded as the yard of Skyscraper Crane and Rigging Co.: a large irregular parcel behind a tall steel fence, two-thirds of it asphalt, holding a gable-roofed concrete-block and corrugated-steel warehouse with a frame office wing facing Hunters Point Boulevard, and behind the warehouse a two-story frame dwelling of the 1950s that the survey thought may have been moved to the site, being older than the recorded construction date.
