A 100-by-225-foot parcel at the heart of what was the Anderson & Cristofani boat yard, holding two marine railways, a concrete wharf and two buildings: a board-and-batten structure of 1943 about 25 by 35 feet, the compressor house and paint shop on the 1948–50 Sanborn map and vacant when the survey was made, and a partly open corrugated-steel shed of unknown date that the survey thought might be a 1930s structure moved here.
