The survey records one property of four parcels, 125 by 100 feet, holding a warehouse built in two campaigns in 1946 and 1947 — two one-story wood-frame utilitarian buildings that read as one from the street, with two large vehicular openings filled by overhead steel doors. Its occupant when the survey was made was the drywall and plaster contractor R. F. J. Meiswinkel Co., Inc. Only Lot 005 carries a street address; Lots 006 and 006A are 934 and 936 Innes Avenue on the current roll and are vacant. The survey recorded every building in its area built in or before 1962 on a Primary Record, and evaluated the pre-1939 ones on Building, Structure and Object Records; a Primary Record carries no status code and no eligibility finding.
