Duboce Triangle Historic Context Statement (2022)
One of only two commercial buildings put up inside the survey area between 1950 and 1975. Built in 1965 for Brown's Furniture Store, on the site of a three-storey rooming house. Christopher VerPlanck's context statement of 2022 surveyed 552 properties in Duboce Triangle for the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association.
