One of only two commercial buildings put up inside the survey area between 1950 and 1975. Built in 1973 as a Bank of America branch; for many years it was home to Blockbuster Video. Christopher VerPlanck's context statement of 2022 surveyed 552 properties in Duboce Triangle for the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association.
