Built in 1908 for the White Investment Company to the design of Lewis P. Hobart: brick with concrete supports, faced in stucco, stone and metal, a shell-and-fish moulding running through the frieze and a large cartouche above the cornice at the entrance.

A two-storey brick building with wood posts, built in 1920 to the design of B. G. McDougall, fronting Halleck Street as well as Battery, and Sacramento Street at 335-337.

Six storeys built in 1922 for H. & W. Pierce, Inc. to the design of B. G. McDougall — steel frame, reinforced concrete floors and roof, and a grey brick curtain wall.
