Revision to f.a. permit 202107134240. remove some devices on plans.

One unit: remodeling 1 existing kitchen and 1 bathroom of one unit of apartment building.

Install fire alarm system per nfpa 72. ref to permit application 201406027201.

Install fire sprinklers per nfpa 13 (2016) and 2" underground per nfpa 24 (2016). partial building. 21 total heads. ref to permit application 201406027201.

System install low frequency sounder to be located in entry bedrm and living room. install manual pull stations and ceiling smoke detectors above facu & near exits common areas. install cellular alarm communication for off site monitering.

Bathroom and kitchen renovation. adding dishwasher & garbage disposal. changing location of sink, toilet, and shower within the bathroom.re-wire the whole unit flooring drywall & painting & plumbing- upper unit-no fixture added.

Reroofing.

Per ordinance 162-16 -convert existing garage and storage to two adus and two regular dwelling units. new units within existing building footprint. new units include bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen -soft-story retrofit under permit #201406027201.

Soft story retrofit per sq ft ordinance no. 66-13, building code ch 34b, & admin. bulletin 106. seismic analysis per frma b807.

Work on #31 hoff only -to comply with nov #201110781 dated 3/30/2011: remove partition wall, repair window sash, remove mildew from bath ceiling.

Streetspace.

To comply with complaint no. 200343722- remove dry rot damaged wood from rear stairs (3), replace 7.
