Seismic upgrade triggered by sfbc 403.12.1 & 2, removal of roofing and strengthening of roof deck, reconstruction and strengthening of the existing roof trusses, removal of existing mezzanines and replacement with new mezzanine, strengthening of existing masonry walls and associated foundation work.

Core/shell improvements including: accessibility improvement including new accessible building entrey and toilet room. stair to mezznine and exit door, roof improvements, interior finishes.

Install new 4" underground fire service.

Provide and install three 5 ton heat pump rooftop units and ductwork refer to building app#202008171968 and 202008262679.

New fire alarm system in unoccupied space. new nac coverage to area of work. permit reference # 2020-0826-2679.

Installation of complete overhead wet sprinkler system with l 4" underground. total of 57 heads.

Revision to permit application 202008262679 to add interior electrical room, replace previouly approved exterior roll up door with louvered swing door, replace prev approved metal infill panel in existing arched entry with a glazed window; electrical review.

Building d: as-built fire alarm system in unoccupied space; move facu location & add (1) smoke; ref pa202101273468.

Barrier remove only, modify floor slab of existing interior vestibule to create an accessible entrance. no change proposed to building exterior under this permit.
