    Recorded in the city's survey of the Van Ness Avenue automobile corridor as built for use as an auto showroom. The survey dates the work to 1912–1913. Designed by George Applegarth for the sale of Stutz automobiles, with service wings running back to Bush and Fern streets. Its fluted Corinthian pilasters and transom screen survive; the cornice has been removed and the frieze covered.
