   An Art Deco automobile repair shop of 1932, single-storey behind a decorative parapet with stepped incisions, built for John Cassaretto on the site of a row of flats that had stood there since at least the 1910s. The Peerless Welding Company took it first and later the Northwest Engine Company; by 1950 its north half was a store and its south half a welding and machine shop.
