1. 1913

   Built for James B. Lankershim, who had put up another Hotel Lankershim in downtown Los Angeles in 1905. The building carries restrained Classical Revival ornamentation and retains excellent integrity on its upper floors, though the ground floor rustication is not original. Proposed for addition to the Kearny-Market-Mason-Sutter Article 11 conservation district.
