A one-story concrete warehouse with a two-story office wing, painted concrete and porcelain-finished aluminium panels, and a fenced loading dock on Griffith Street. The inventory form records it as the former Mountain Springs Water Company plant; the report's property-type chapter names the building instead as Nueva Castilla Iron Works, its occupant when the survey was made. The survey recorded every building in its area built in or before 1962 on a Primary Record, and evaluated the pre-1939 ones on Building, Structure and Object Records; a Primary Record carries no status code and no eligibility finding.
