1. 1930

   Built as the Link Belt Co. plant: a Mediterranean-style masonry office building, a concrete pattern shop, and a steel-frame, steel-clad machine shop at the rear under a sawtooth roof. It stands in the former Western Development Co. tract, subdivided around 1925 for manufacturing.
