   Phoebe Hearst let contracts for the window frames and sash, elevators and flooring of the twelve-storey and basement class A building on the east corner of Market and Kearny to the Pacific Manufacturing Company, the Otis Elevator Company and the Pacific Floor Sanding company, $52,253 in all.
